The Changing Greenwich

Greenwich is continuously changing, with many new developments being added all the time. I’ll try to collect here information about some of the main ones.
1. Greenwich Peninsula: huge development area, with mixed use for residential, office, public, hotels, schools, retail, health-related (see on council website).

2. Greenwich Square: at the junction Woolwich Road/Vanbrugh Hill. Mixed use development, containing residential, retail, library, GP surgery and cafes. New Sainsbury opened in 2014. Surgery and library opened in 2015.


3. Enderby Wharf (mainly residential development) and the Cruise terminal (supposed to become operational in 2017)
